Rule of Law Index
The Rule of Law index is an aggregation of various indicators that measure the extent to which agents have confidence in and abide by the rules of society. Index ranges from -2.5 (for very poor performance) to +2.5 (for excellent performance). World Bank Institute, http://www.govindicators.org
